“Time to Shine: You’ve already done the work" was the theme of the third annual Leadec Women in Manufacturing Summit. Our incredible leaders from across the country, different departments, and business units came together for two career-changing days of development.
The women of Leadec are wildly accomplished, courageous, and competitive. Their list of accomplishments is long and admirable, from earning professional certifications, graduating college, returning to college, raising families, Safety Cup winners, and much more. Showing up daily to represent Leadec and get the job done in an industry that is not always hospitable to women speaks to their courageous spirit.
What a great time we had gathering for another year – we are already looking forward to 2025!
