For the first time, our Leadec US team participated in ProMat 2025 in Chicago, showcasing service solutions designed to support efficient and future-ready production environments. A key focus was on our project services, which combine technical expertise, quality standards and customer-centric execution, including conveyor integration and installation projects.

Once again, our US team brought safety to the spotlight at the annual Leadec North America Safety Conference. Colleagues from operations, safety and support functions came together for two impactful days of learning, collaboration and recognition.

“Time to Shine: You’ve already done the work” was the theme of the third annual Leadec Women in Manufacturing Summit. The women of Leadec gathered in Louisville, KY for a day and a half of concentrated professional development sessions with internal and external speakers.

The Leadec North American team held our annual Safety Conference in Buffalo, NY on April 24th and 25th. This was an exceptional learning and networking event where attendees had an opportunity to engage with industry experts and peers alike as well as participate in informative sessions regarding safety, culture and leadership.

2021 Leadec Performance Awards
During a year of extreme challenges one constant remained, our Leadec teams across North America found ways to be successful and perform at a high level. Everything was different for everyone in 2020 including our awards ceremony, but we still found a way to celebrate virtually and recognize your amazing achievements.
In the US, Leadec looks upon a proud tradition of celebrating their Leadec Performance Awards (LPA). It is certainly a highlight of the year when teams from across North America await, with great anticipation, the results in the different categories. But 2020 turned out to be different.
2019 US Performance Awards
Leadec's annual NAO Leadership Conference was held last week in Cincinnati, December 5th and 6th. During this time the team had the privilege of hearing from many departments about Leadec’s 2018 progress and what’s to come in 2019. The conference was full of positive, forward thinking objectives.
