Once again, our US team brought safety to the spotlight at the annual Leadec North America Safety Conference. Colleagues from operations, safety and support functions came together for two impactful days of learning, collaboration and recognition.
With exciting keynotes, practical workshops, and hands-on training, the event empowered teams to move forward with a strong safety mindset. A highlight was the keynote by former NFL player Shawn Harper, who spoke about resilience, leadership and culture. Additionally, safety experts from Leadec's global and India teams were present, underlining one of the key elements of our safety approach: global exchange and collaboration.
Another crucial part of the conference: the 2024 Safety Awards, honoring outstanding achievements across sites and teams. Congratulations to all the winners – and thank you for setting the standard!
