At this year's Women in Manufacturing Summit, we tackled the silent forces that hold professionals back- self-sabotage, blurred boundaries, and burnout. We turned them into conversations about grit, resilience, and growth. The sessions weren't just theory; they were a call to action- showing that grit, courage, and clear boundaries aren't only survival skills, but the foundation for thriving in leadership and beyond.
