Celebrating women who make an impact
On August 19 and 20, around 60 women from across Leadec came together in New Orleans for the 5th Leadec Women’s Impact Summit. With the motto “Impact with Purpose”, the two-day event created space to connect, exchange experiences, and learn from one another. Through interactive sessions, inspiring speakers, and open discussions, participants explored what it takes to create meaningful impact – as leaders, colleagues, and role models.
To close the summit, each participant received an impact card and coin to give to someone who has had a meaningful impact on their professional or personal journey. A simple gesture with a powerful message: the impact we have on others often goes far beyond what we see ourselves.
