During the OPEX Awards celebration, the team also had the opportunity to do a StrengthsFinder assessment where they were able to learn about their personal talents – what they are, how to use them.
The team was also able to do team and relationship building exercises where they had the opportunity to connect in person and share best practices.
Lastly, the celebration awarded the hard work of those who put in the effort and saw the OPEX results. Participants also had the opportunity to contribute to the future of OPEX and hear from president, Don Kennon.
