Leadec's annual NAO Leadership Conference was held last week in Cincinnati, December 5th and 6th. During this time the team had the privilege of hearing from many departments about Leadec’s 2018 progress and what’s to come in 2019. The conference was full of positive, forward thinking objectives.
During the night event the Leadec employees had an amazing spread for appetizers and dinner, followed by competitive games of bowling and cornhole. Some of the team also had the opportunity to build bikes for children by partnering with The Dragonfly, a charitable organization near and dear to ones hearts. The Dragonfly helps young Cancer and Bone Marrow transplant patients and supports them for fulfilling and complete lives during and after treatment.
