Diverse Sourcing Plan

At Leadec diversity and inclusion are valued aspects of our corporate directive
  • We strive to identify and utilize Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) at every sourcing opportunity. We attend DBE Opportunity Exchanges on a regular basis and are always looking to identify new qualified DBEs.
  • We track and report our supplier DBE information for MBE, WBE and Veteran Owned businesses to our OEM’s and Tier One suppliers.
  • We utilize DBE companies to support our existing Ford book of business. Suppliers such as Ergo Science (PAT Testing), and Chemico (Cleaners and Chemicals).
  • To date we have 37 active Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs)
