"Unstoppable" was the theme of the second annual Leadec Women in Manufacturing Summit. Our incredible leaders from across the country, different departments, and business units came together for two career-changing days of development. We learned the power of an unstoppable spirit from highly accomplished women inside and outside of Leadec. Topics of the event included unstoppable courage, unstoppable confidence, unstoppable connections, and how to amplify our voices. There were also plenty of fun and networking opportunities from a welcome reception, morning walks, and an axe-throwing competition. We can’t wait until next year.
