Facilties Services

Whether planning, optimization or maintenance of the cell factory, the battery factory or the electric vehicle factory as well as peripheral logistics including the charging infrastructure – Leadec contributes its expertise to support the industry in its transformation process.

Leadec works by forming tailored maintenance concepts that manage technical and administrative processes equally. This views production as a holistic end-to-end process, where the risk of failure must be minimized, and the whole lifecycle of the facilities must be simultaneously maximized.

We handle all logistical tasks inside and outside your production buildings professionally and reliably. We organize and optimize internal processes and create the best possible conditions for your production.

During the production process, materials and supplies are consumed which do not become part of the end product and are not typically central to the firm’s output. We tailor our maintenance and repairs strategy exactly to your company. Our experts are there to help you with preventive maintenance.

From technical cleaning and routine maintenance to cutting-edge defect analysis and energy-efficient systems, our paint shop services services are tailored to optimize your operations.

We plan, realize and organize customized maintenance concepts for technical and administrative processes.

In staffing, Leadec handles the recruitment process for our clients.

Dirt and technical facilities are not compatible. Leadec has been cleaning industrial facilities for nearly 60 years now – especially paint lines. That’s why we know exactly what care today’s machines and systems need. Because experience pays off.

We take care of operation, maintenance, inspection and repair of your building services systems or develop tailor-made concepts for modernization. Also, we rectify faults in the shortest possible time.

With our services, we at Leadec ensure that your vehicles reach their destination safe and sound, even after production.
